I just read an article about the best of the Shoe Business for 2009. For 2009 Giuseppe Zanotti is the Designer of the Year. I have to say that I have seen some fabulous Zanotti’s this year. I really like this suede over the knee Zanotti.
Congratulations Mr. Zanotti you have joined the ranks of designers who have taken shoes to levels that I think have amazed many a shoenista.
Now, If I could only get the shoe designers to recognize the value of Heel Shields. There is nothing worse than ruining a beautiful pair of shoes while driving. Yes, a lot of ladies have given up on protecting the outside of their shoes so now they drive barefoot. NOT GOOD either – now the dirt (and bacteria) is on the inside of the shoe causing different problems. And, it is really uncomfortable in the winter months in snow country.
