A new pair of expensive, high-heel designer shoes inspired the creation of the  The Heel Shield. On the first wearing a pair of yellow designer  shoes were ruined while driving to a special function.

Shoe protection has always been an issue for drivers. In fact, numerous inventors over the years have developed different shoe protection and floor mat  devices to keep drivers from scuffing their shoes.
